While you can experience significant results even after one session, I strongly recommend 3-6 sessions for more lasting results. The more complex and deep-rooted the issue, the more sessions may be required.
Reinforcement may be necessary to maintain success, and you will be required to continue to reinforce changed made during the session to help maximize the results. Some clients may want to do on-going maintenance for lifetime results, while others may find that they get everything they need in a few sessions.
Your first session is a full 90-minutes so that we can do a thorough intake. Each hypnosis session includes a FULL 35 minute session of actual hypnosis. All first-time clients MUST register for a 90-minute session, and then may purchases one-hour sessions, or packages later.

STOP SMOKING / TOBACCO CESSATION: Typically, between 2 and 3 sessions. Most people stop after one session, but not all. So, 1 additional session is included (about one hour) and is good for one year from the time of the initial session.
WEIGHT LOSS/MANAGEMENT: Typically, between 4 and 6 sessions will be recommended. The number of additional sessions may be determined by the amount of weight a person needs to lose and other issues that are related to the problem. Again, the first session is approximately 2 hours and the subsequent appointments are about an hour+.
