Deanna-Founder
Deanna, recently completed her FNP in 2022, and is the founder of Vanished. She has 20 years in the medical field, and 12 years in aesthetics. She is a mother of four and has been a Bloomington resident since 2012. She has owned and operated Vanished Aesthetics since September of 2015. She has been able to apply her extensive medical background and knowledge of anatomy to the facial and body demands of aesthetics, as well as to the increasing demands of regenerative and holistic medicine. She travels several times a year to bring Vanished innovative approaches and state-of-art technologies. Deanna has a passion for making people look and feel great and commits to her staff and clients as if they are family.
Michelle FNP-BC - Michelle comes to us with 6 years of NP experience, including family practice and weight-loss. She has completed her internship for bioidentical hormone replacement, GI-Mapping, weight-loss, and peptide therapies, and has been seeing our virtual patients. If you find it difficult to conduct in-person visits, Michelle offers the unique opportunity of evaluation and treatment through our virtual environment. She is knowledgeable, patient, and will take the time to listen and address all of your concerns.
Victoria, MA: She will help you coordinate your wellness plan, perform your phlebotomy, and be your direct link for many basic questions. She directly assists all advanced providers with the care of patients on the wellness side and is currently orienting to all of our supplements and careplans, so that she can be an unstoppable resource.

Carlie
Carlie is a Certified Laser Technician and Registered Nurse who performs aesthetics and many of our wellness services. She is a Bloomington native who started with Vanished in March of 2016. She has a passion for regenerative medicine, particularly where advanced lasers are concerned. She is Biote certified in pellet insertions. Carlie gives great attention to detail and is often described as kind, gentle, and genuine.
Lania
Lania, a Registered Nurse, has finished her first year at Vanished and has been seeing patients regularly for toxins and fillers. She is also certified in Biote pellet insertions. She is kind, full of energy, and has a passion for aesthetics. Lania spends her day off at Vanished, taking care of patients in the ICU.
Your Spa Team
David
David is an Aveda trained cosmetologist, certified laser technician, esthetician, and a five year veteran of his trade. He is a Bloomington resident and comes to us with a serious passion for skincare. He brings laughter, professionalism and comfort to every service. Clients will say he is always willing to accomodate them and will help you keep your skin on its best regimen for long-term health.
Addy
Addy is a licensed esthetician, who is often described as pleasant and thorough by her clients. She is also described as “having great hands,” helping her clients feel at ease quickly, and has been a fast-growing part of our family. She is also certified in cosmetic lasers, and often bridges the gap between our aesthetics and wellness clients.

Paula
Paula is our clinical manager. She oversees daily operations and marketing, serves as a resource to staff, and manages our regulatory compliance. She is there to ensure that every service is offered in accordance to procedural standards, that staff maintain the appropriate credentials to conduct them, and that the facility is always in tip-top shape! Ava, PCC-Ava is our full-time Patient Care Coordinator. Often when you call, she is the forefront of your request. You will engage with her at the check-in or check-out process. Ava aspires to advance in the field of medicine and has joined us to help guider her on that path.
Jenny and Maggie, PCCs – Jenny and Maggie are our part-time Patient Care Coordinators. They too will field many of your calls and help you with the check-in/out process. Both ladies are very kind and patient, and always looking forward to addressing your needs.
